My name is Linda Dezenski.  I am a writer.  I have a memoir calIed Persistence that will be published soon. When I was a child, I started making up stories before I could read.  I started writing in journals as a teen.  Whenever I needed to sort out my feelings or process my emotions, I would write.

I started to blog at a site called Things That Rattle. Then I decided I needed my own website, so LindaDezenski.com was born.

For the past few months, I have been putting the finishing touches on a new book called Persistence.  It is an autobiographical book that I decided to write when I finally realized that my personal mission is to use my story to educate others about what it is like to live with a disability in a world that is not always welcoming. The book is coming soon.  Details will be published here.  It is not inaccurate to say that the title Persistence has been at least 35 years the making and it is an apt title as the mantra for my life.
