KultureCity – Making the nevers possible

I participated in the training offered by KutureCity this week. It educates about people who experience sensory overload.

  1. Assume competence
  2. Address directly
  3. Slow down/Allow time for processing
  4. Respect personal space
  5. Avoid repeating the same questions
  6. Offer tools like headphones and fidget spinners
  7. Ask others to back off
  8. Assist to move to a quiet space
